Petvax Veterinary Clinic is situated on the outside of the Underwood Market Place Shopping Mall, opposite the new service station. Entry can be gained either via Logan Road or the more direct entrance, Beenleigh Road.

Providing a Professional Pre-School Puppy Training Service to the suburbs of Browns Plains, Logan, Rochedale, Underwood, Beenleigh, Foresdale, Kuraby, Woodridge, Springwood, Crestmead, Beenleigh, Slacks Creek and the surrounding suburbs.

Working in conjunction with the highly acclaimed Petvax Veterinary Clinic, we provide safe and secure conditions for your Puppy’s Critical Early Learning periods.

The Course is conducted by Joanne Meredith, a Dog Trainer since 1986 and a Certified Canine Behaviour Specialist.

In class, we address the most immediate Behavioural issues; Toilet Training, Biting and instilling Good Manners quickly and effectively. Pre-School Obedience is taught in a positive, encouraging manner. Puppies are encouraged to play in a ‘nice’ manner. Puppy Bullying is natural but not acceptable so it is stopped – IMMEDIATELY.

Some of the other topics addressed in our Pre-School Class are; ‘How to Discipline’ – without smacking; Healthy & Safe Games for the whole family to play and how to AVOID creating Behavioural Issues such as Separation Anxiety, Dominance, Aggression and Avoidance.

We encourage the whole family to attend, children in particular need to know, very quickly, how to stop a puppy from biting and jumping at them. Squealing and flapping hands or arms will encourage the puppy to continue the ‘game’

The Pre-School Course starts on the first Monday of each Month between 6.30pm-7.15pm continuing for 4 weeks. There are limited vacancies, so please contact us, as soon as you get your Puppy, we can enrol you immediately, avoiding dissappointment.
