Does your dog or puppy need some spice in his life? Is your dog bored and wants to explore his creative side?  If so, Dancing with Dogs is the ultimate Dog Training experience for you!

Training takes place at our main Training Centre in Jimboomba, or, if you have a group of friends (minimum 3) that all want to give their dogs some spice and some fun, then this can be arranged at a location convenient to you all. You and your dog will learn at your own pace relevant to your fitness level.

Topics covered can include Targeting, Luring, Touch, Leg Weaves, Leg Circles, and Jumps.  Different moves are taught at each lesson so your repertoire of moves increases quickly and then “WOW” you have a basic Dance Routine!

Training should be fun for both you and your dog so we use only positive, reward based training methods. Your dog will learn in a fun-filled motivational environment.

During the first one hour session:

• You will develop a communication and training system that works for you and your dog
• Together, we will discover and increase your dog’s motivation levels
• Together, we start to uncover your dogs creative side
• A Dance Routine is started

In subsequent consultations:

• You will learn different moves each week
• You will learn about song choice relevant to you and your dogs fitness level and personality
• You will learn how to begin choreographing you own routines
• A Dance Routine will be choreographed for you to have some fun & ‘wow’ your friends

You will receive support via telephone and email during and after your Dances with Dogs training course.

Venue: We train at our main Training Centre in Jimboomba or, if you booking a Dancing with Dogs course with your friends (minimum 3) We will come to a venue of your choice within 30km radius of the main office.

Availability: Available for bookings each Friday, or, if you have a group of friends (minimum 3) that all want to achieve a creative dog, then this can be arranged at a time and location convenient to all parties.

Duration: A total of 6 training sessions – 6 x 1 hour sessions.

Guidelines: To participate your dog must be in good health and a minimum of 8 weeks of age.

Trainer: Your Dances with Dogs course will be run by one  of our Accredited Professional  Trainers.  Once your Trainer has been assigned to you, this is the person that will guide you throughout your entire experience. If due to unforeseen circumstances, your Trainer is not available, another Trainer will be assigned.

Numbers: Class numbers are limited to 10.

Weather: Rain or shine, your dog’s training course will continue. Safe training conditions will be adhered to at all times.

Extra Info: If you booking a Dancing with Dogs experience with your friends (minimum 3) and are located outside our normal service area a fuel surcharge may apply
